If you cannot attend the event, you can submit your bid electronically please list item, your full name and contact information and amount you would like to bid. Electronic bids will be accepted until 5pm on Saturday, October 24th.
A great night of fellowship and fun for all ages! Halloween will be a major theme this year for children’s activities and atmosphere! There will be the silent auction, the live auction, a 50-50 raffle, children’s raffles, games, and more! Chef Manheck will be making the meal (delicious as always), which includes: Organic Field Green Salad, Roast Pork Loin with stuffing and gravy, Chicken Marsala, Pasta Primavera Alfredo, Rice Pilaf, Roasted Vegetable Medley, Artisan Breads and Rolls, a Pastry Table and Mac & Cheese and hotdogs for the kids.
Children and Family ActivitiesOur Sunday School Children earn raffle tickets to use the night of HarvestFest every Sunday they attend Sunday School during the month of October. In addition we will have a Kid's pumpkin decorating contest, children of all ages can decorate their pumpkin at home and bring it in anytime during the dinner but before 6:00pm. Halloween Costume Parade will happen again this year with prizes given for great costumes in each age category.
Tickets on Sale on Sundays in the parish hall or buy HarvestFest Tickets: $15 per person; $ 5 for Children 10 & under; children 3 & under are free! To purchase tickets in advance you can pay by check, credit card or through Paypal.
